We coordinate title searches, recordings and document retrieval for every county in the Commonwealth of Virginia.

Notary Public

Every employee of Aurora Title is a licensed notary and we are happy to provide notary services, free of charge. We are also able to conduct notary closings for non-local settlement companies.

Continuing Education

For real estate agents or mortgage loan officers, Aurora Title offers specialized classes for continuing education, including topics such as, 'What is Title Insurance?', 'Understanding the Closing Disclosure' and 'Estates and Foreclosures'. We’d love to schedule a class to help your agents or brokers understand the intricacies of settlement and title.
